Fit Fridays {A Day Late}

I'm very adamant about weighing in every Friday. It makes it more accurate from week to week. I did weigh myself yesterday, but my husband took the day off and we headed out for the day which didn't leave me much time for blogging.

Here is this week's results...
 
Starting Weight: 224
Last Week: 210.6
This Week: 209
-1.6 pounds this week!

Total lost: -15 pounds!

I'm incredibly happy with the continuing results. My first "mini goal" is 30 pounds by the end of the year and I'm halfway there!
